Amenities: Floor heating, fans, de-humidifier, vacuum cleaner, oven/ceramic top, fridge w. very small freezer, toaster, electric kettle, coffee brewer, dishwasher, iron/ironing board, hair dryer.
Washing machine in separate house across the street with garden, heater + loo/shower.

Bed linen and 2 towels p.p. are provided but please bring your own beach towels .

Breakages: can happen to all of us, but please tell Housekeeper if one occurs, and if serious the cost will be retained from the damage deposit.

Cleaning: mandatory end clean.

If staying 2 nd week please agree with Housekeeper time of free linen change and cleaning (at your expense) if wanted.
